Though I will definitely support Paralives and LBY more than sims. I hope all three games succeed and flourish in their own way. Im so happy we have two games that mark all these things off in their own way! Attention to details, passion and ambitions is all what is missing from sims 4 □. LBY seems more like a sandbox town management combined with a lifesim. LBY made me fall in love because of the system and the sheer ambition of the project. I love how much thought and attention the team puts behind even the littlest things. I personally fell in love with Paralives because I could sense the passion in the project. Sims 5 will value beauty/appearances more than anything. Paralives values the feeling of life sim. I personally am more captivated by the systems they made.Īll that being said, we need to stop comparing different life simulations because they will all fill a different niche anyways and expecting them to value the same things is redundant. I expect LBYs looks to improve because I genuinely think most textures are placeholders. Not necessarily for the looks but for the promise of something more, something deeper than what we have.
